Infosys salary hike for 2025 is set to bring relief to employees as the company plans to issue compensation revision letters by the end of February. The salary increments will be implemented in different phases, with raises ranging from 6% to 8% for employees in India.

Employees at Job Level 5 (JL5) and below, including software engineers and consultants, will receive their revised salaries effective from January 1, 2025. Their letters will be sent in February. Meanwhile, those at Job Level 6 (JL6) and above, such as managers and senior managers, will see salary changes from April 1, 2025, with letters arriving in March.
Infosys had previously frozen salary hikes in FY2022 to manage costs but resumed revisions in November 2023. The last appraisal cycle was completed in December 2023, covering performance from September 2022 to October 2023. The upcoming hike follows a more structured approach to annual salary increments.
Employees outside India may see smaller raises, with most receiving low single-digit increases. However, high performers across all locations can expect better compensation adjustments. Infosys salary hike for 2025 aims to reward talent while maintaining financial stability.
The company acknowledges that these hikes may impact its financials. Chief Financial Officer Jayesh Sanghrajka mentioned that salary revisions might create pressure on margins in Q4 FY25 and Q1 FY26. The company is preparing to balance profitability with employee retention.
